Drug allegations pepper Hogan hearing

CLEARWATER - It's the latest chapter in the divorce hearings of former wrestler Hulk Hogan -- real name Terry Bollea -- and his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Linda Bollea. This time around, the fight was again over money.

"This is really all about Hulk Hogan still trying to control Linda," said Ray Rafool, Linda Bollea's attorney.

Hulk's lawyers say the $40,000 a month Linda is currently getting in alimony is too much and they want that amount reduced. They brought a slew of witnesses to the stand to try and prove Linda is blowing all her money on drugs, fancy clothes, and her much younger boyfriend, Charlie Hill.

"It looked like she was doing drugs on the boat," said James Flynn, a truck driver and witness in the hearing.

Flynn says he met Linda Bollea over Memorial Day weekend and claims he saw her doing what looked like cocaine.

Linda's lawyers argue there's simply no proof and allegations of drug use are false. But Hogan's attorney claims multiple witnesses have been privy to drug dealings and excessive spending.

Salon owner Tracy Morgan says Linda Hogan asked her for help in hiding her spending from Hogan and his attorneys.

"So if she wrote a check out to me they would think that it was for hair and then she could use that money to buy. She was actually buying drugs with the money," offered Morgan.

The back-and-forth continued with accusations of lavish spending on her boyfriend in the form of travel and upscale clothing.

"She's spent tens of thousands of dollars if not more on Charlie Hill, by her own admission," added Morgan.

But in Linda's defense, her lawyers say, before the alimony payments even began, she had more than $700,000 of her own money in the bank, and there's no proving she wasn't spending her own money on her boyfriend.

Linda Bollea's lawyers say they planned on bringing Hogan's younger girlfriend to the stand to prove he spends excessive amounts of money on her as well.

The hearing was cut short because of time constraints and will continue at a later date.
