PALM HARBOR - A warhead has been found inside a home in Palm Harbor.
Pinellas deputies say relatives from California came to the home on Tomoka Drive to clean up the house after their loved one died recently.
Investigators say Patrick Palos found a 12-inch warhead from a rocket or missile inside his sister's house.
They say Maria Valdivia's husband, Miguel Valdivia who is also deceased, was in the U.S. Army and served during the Korean War.
The Hillsborough County bomb squad came out to make sure it wasn’t dangerous. They removed it from the home.
They decided not to evacuate any of the neighbors.
