HOLIDAY - A large fire in Pasco County is now under control. It broke out around 9:30 Monday night inside a warehouse that houses RV’s.

“Harberson RV” is located off US 19, north of Bonita in Holiday. The fire started in one of the dealership’s storage units.

The flames were so intense they may have made the roof collapse. There were also several explosions which investigators think could have been from propane tanks attached to the RV’s.

There were five RV’s inside the warehouse when the fire started. Four of them were destroyed in the blaze. Early estimates put the cost of the damage at $3-million.

About 40 firefighters from Pasco and Tarpon Springs responded to the scene. It ended up being a three alarm fire before they got it under control.

No injuries were reported. The cause remains under investigation.
