TAMPA - A shooting outside an Ybor City club early Sunday left one man seriously injured and another facing charges of attempted second degree murder.
Tampa Police say Stephan Kreilkamp, of Holiday, was shot multiple times in the chest outside Club Empire when several people apparently got into some sort of argument and one man pulled a gun. Kreilkamp's injuries are said to be life-threatening.
Detectives arrested Khakem Moszel Jones, 20, of Tampa, and charged him with attempted second degree murder and carrying a concealed firearm.
According to police, Club Empire had just closed and patrons were leaving when a "disturbance" between several people began. Police dispersed the crowd but the altercation continued in a nearby parking lot, resulting in the shooting of Kreilkamp.
Detectives continue to investigate the shooting and are attempting to identify several additional people who may have been involved.
