TAMPA - November has become "Movember." It's a growing campaign where men sprout 'staches to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer and other cancers affecting men.

"It has been a lot of fun. Everyone's got a different style mustache; everyone's doing a little something different," Mike Sherwin said.
Even the ladies are getting involved.
"Our owner at Baystage was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2009, so it's a cause that hits close to home to us," Amber Wolcott said. "I love the style of Movember, it's definitely a man's cause," she added.
And an important one: prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in men, and early detection is extremely important. Since 2003, Movember has helped raise $174 million worldwide for research and prevention.
"You always hear about Susan G. Komen and women's health. Men's health does tend to get neglected a lot more," Derek Phipps said.

"I've heard some women say I've heard he's got a nice mustache over there. Me personally? Not a big fan," Wolcott said.
Lucky for her, the campaign only lasts until the end of the month. But like these guys say, there's always next year.
