Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of a car burglary suspect.

The man broke into a woman's car in the 11500 block of Hammock Oaks Court in Lithia on May 29, detectives said, stealing her purse which had her debit and credit cards inside it.

A short time later the burglar used the victim's credit cards at the Circle K on Balm River Road to withdraw cash, and buy gas.

The suspect is described as 5'11" to 6'01", 150 to 170 pounds, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white/gray t-shirt.

Detectives said he was seen on surveillance video driving a white mid1990's model Chevrolet Lumina APV minivan, with a luggage rack on top and possibly black or tan sport stripes. The minivan also has silver wheels or wheel covers and rectangular fog lights in the front bumper.
