Dale Mabry water main repair finished

TAMPA - Crews finished repairs to a major water main on Dale Mabry Highway at Bay to Bay Boulevard, and the road is expected to partially reopen to traffic.

The intersection has been closed in all directions since Wednesday morning after a 12-inch main broke, causing water damage to the sidewalk and a traffic pole.

The Tampa Water Department said as soon as the site is ready for the restoration work, limited traffic flow will be opened on both north and southbound lanes of Dale Mabry.
