Gun brought into courthouse

Deputies say screeners at the Hillsborough County Courthouse caught a man who tried to bring a gun into the building.
It happened around 3:45 p.m. According to the sheriff's office, 80-year-old Donald A. Koranek was wearing a concealed weapon around his belt. A screener saw it when Koranek removed his jacket.
Deputies descended on the area, and detained Koranek.
Koranek faces misdemeanor charges.
