ZMG Construction, Inc. is soliciting qualified construction subcontractors to participate in the Encore project in central Tampa.

Encore is an urban revitalization master development project consisting of 12 city blocks located in the heart of downtown Tampa. The development includes infrastructure, multi-family and commercial construction.

The development team is seeking subcontractors that are interested in participating in all phases of this project. Subcontractors need to be licensed, qualified, insured, and preferably be bondable.
