It is perhaps the most popular New Year's resolution every year: losing weight. A lot of people get the spark, but the flame burns out quickly.
Personal trainer Damon Reio says 80 percent of people quit working out after just two weeks. Well, if that's the case, then how do we keep ourselves motivated? Reio and his wife joined Good Day to show off some simple exercises that anyone can do right at home.
