TAMPA - Even in this economy, folks are using their cell phones more
than ever-- but what about that monthly bill? A company promises to
lower your cell phone bill without having to switch
carriers. Savings can add up to an average $150 a year.
FOX13's consumer lawyer Eric Seidel tested the new service.
