    You use it at home, at work, and even at play. There's a pretty good chance you can't live without your telephone. Whether it's a cell or landline -- making calls can get expensive. But a new device promises to cut the cost to communicate. FOX 13 Consumer Lawyer Eric Seidel says the magic jack might be magic for your phone bill.
