The shooting happened March 6, 2005. David Neel's Ford pick-up crashed off I-75 South, between the Fowler Avenue exit and I-4. Then, detectives saw the bullet hole.
The shooting happened March 6, 2005. David Neel's Ford pick-up crashed off I-75 South, between the Fowler Avenue exit and I-4. Then, detectives saw the bullet hole. A single bullet had ripped through the truck, hitting Neel in the chest. He died instantly; he was 49 years old.
